Vegetarian Hiking Boots What High Protein And Calorie Vegetarian Snacks (and Other Snacks) Should I Bring For Hiking?

What high protein and calorie vegetarian snacks (and other snacks) should I bring for hiking? - vegetarian hiking boots

I hope the Appalachian Trail hike, maybe next year (or higher), daily for 3 or 4. Just to prove it. But later, I would do anything to this seems 5 to 7 months.

I started a list of foods and I have yet: nuts (peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.), dried fruit (raisins, blueberries, bananas, apricots, blueberries, apples, figs , dates, berries, melons, plums, etc.)

But what other easy to carry, I should be longer-lasting food, or buy at service stations to bring, when hiking?

Thank you!
