Any good diet or exercise tips for building arm strength? - diet and exercise tips

I am a man of 26 years and have shamefully thin arms! My legs and muscles of the stomach is very good, but more work done in the past that a lot of hard work, which seems in any case in muscle or fat on the arms lay require. Exercises or dietary advice would be appreciated.

When you gain some muscles in his arms to train biceps and triceps. Try 3 sets of 8 repetitions to do and no more than 3 exercises per body part.
You need to remove a lot of food with a protein to muscles after exercise as redmeat, eggs, tuna, etc. and help to drink milk and water to eat.

I my workout routine a little tight, but I would recommend some lifts to build up its conventional weapons.

Biceps:
Barbell Curls 3 sets of 8
Dumbell Curl 3 sets of 8 '
Preacher Curl 3 sets of 8

Triceps:
Tricep rope 3 sentences 8
Skullcrushers 3 sets of 8
Triceps Extension 3 sets of 8
