You can ... You can try, always. I was in Dega, a few times and saw many people with scanners, but I tried not seen. I at least try (it looks like it might work) and if not, then you always have to buy or rent one gives:) Good luck!
I would say probably .... really worth a try. It is better to rent a scanner at the track. I say give it a shot. It's just an opinion, as always.
